They must have been somewhat popular to have been included in "The Great Rock Discography (6th Edition)" by Martin C. Strong, but I've never heard of any of their music:

Yeah, I know most of them, they are fairly new and generally some sort of alternative or emo. I don't know what our answers mean to you, but here's an idea: hit iTunes and search for them, you can hear samples and buy whatever you like. There are also other online services where you cand do the same, incl. Napster, Rhapsody and such, and you can even hear samples at Amazon.com.
Blue Nile's "Stay Close" is the most romantic song I know of, it's killing me every time I hear it, just plain AWESOME.

Basement Jaxx are South London-based purveyors of progressive house anthems. Awesome!!!

Brand New Heavies are great. My favorite song from them is "Never Stop." They are jazzy with an R & B edge.

I do undergo in concepts them and that i enjoyed their songs, in spite of the certainty that they did no longer have many. I knew they have been a band out of San Francisco as others have already advised you, yet their sound replaced into very, very "British Invasion". particularly some people assumed they have been British lower back then.

Interesting but no. I just discovered, a year ago, the group called "Green Jello" which had to change for obvious reasons to Green Jelly. They did the three little pigs song in a big bad way...
