Where can a "New" grandmother chat on line ?

I became a grandmother for the 1st time last week. I am having a problem w/my daughter-in-law allowing me to hold & visit my new grandson. Is there a place where GP's can go & chat w/others about simular problems? I only live 5 mi. from them, and her mother is the one who is doing all for her (I understand Mom & Daughter) but this is her 3rd grandchild. This is my D-I-L's second child & her 1st isn't even living w/her, he is being raised by her parents. I have tried not to burden my son with this issue( he is aware of it ) because my D-I-L can be very unreasonable & difficult to live with if she doen't have her way. So I need to find a chat room for grandparents to vent their concerns--I know there are alot of chats for Moms but what about Grandparents??? I NEED HELP!

There is a Yahoo group called grands. This may be the place for you. Congrats on the new baby. I know you are anxious to go see your little sweetie I would be chompin at the bit and probably hard to restrain. Remember tho' new moms don't stay in the hospital very long any more, therefore the rest is supposed to happen at home. After the other grand is back to her routine they will probably beg you to come help.

the best place to go is www.pogo.com its a website with games and you can play games and chat in the rooms. Throw out your problems in the room and people can help you. It's great and you meet different people from all age groups. Have fun.

try yahoo chat they have a lot of rooms u can go to talk to your son see if u can see the baby when shes not home
