Probably the first human with any intellect asked themselves these questions, although life would have been a lot more straight forward then i.e. just like the animals it would just have been the basics in life like hunting for food, shelter and re-creation of man. Mind you it's probably only since we had time to think of these kind of things when shops, builders etc took over the daily routine of survival.

Meaning of life? Being able to do what we can do. Supposed to do? Gain knowledge, be reasonable and do good. Why are we here? Because God sent us here. Where we have come from? From Adam and Eve. How? Well, God made human with earth and blew life into and unto them. Happy?

We don't know.

What we do know is that people seem to have been telling themselves stories about where they came from for at least as long as they've been able to write stuff down. How long ago that was is a question for archaeology, not philosophy, which is the attempt to answer those questions, not determine how old they are.

Mmmmmm. I see you're a worried person from the several questions you've asked. Forget it. Live your life. It'll end eventually and you won't rate a mention in a 100 year's time, even if you're really Jade Goody.

gradually our frontal lobe developed as the need to predict the future served our survival.
Do you think it was when Eve got Adam to eat the fruit? That is the antiquated answer to that question. When did we become conscious, or self aware? Probably when the one that wasn't got eaten! Today they just watch "wheels of fortune" and get eaten much more slowly.
