Track is the greatest sport ever. There is something for everyone. All kinds of different athletes and personalities. Track offers a different and unique culture unlike any other sport. The sleekness of the athletes is incredible. The training is painful, but you gotta love it. I am a 800 m runner so pain is part of the process.

Gets me into shape
NO Substitutions
Toughest sport
Helps me with motivation
Only sport that I don't get discouraged in (even if I mess up)
Always room for improvement (runners come in all sizes)
