Unlikely that you will get into an Ivy League school with that low of an average. Before going to college, you should also learn the difference between the word "which" and the word "what." And you should concentrate on writing grammatically correct sentences -- because if you complete your letter of application and college essay writing as you have, no one will accept you.

Consider a Community College first. I would not recommend English as a major if your question is indicative of your writing skills.

percentile has nothing to do with anything.
So my answer to you is..whichever college will accept you based on how much you are able to afford/sholarships/grants.

None, get a job instead.. Someone as bright as yourself should be able to tell it's better to make money than to owe money. You don't need a little certificate to tell you what you can & can't do with you life! :P
