When my son was 2 he tossed a glass Yoohoo bottle at my eyebrow it hurt so bad! I went to the bathroom and it was just a little red. I had a dentist appointment a few hours later. I went to have a cavity filled. My dentist kept asking if everything was okay at home. I thought it was a little weird. After I left I went to look at my tooth in the mirror. I had a Huge Black Eye!!! I looked at my bill and the dentist wrote on my receipt the woman's abuse hot line number! I was so embarrassed! I have never went back there again!

Well... we were doing trust falls at the summer camp where I used to work. A camper 'jumped the gun' and fell backwards before I could tell him to tuck his elbows into his body. His arms flailed outwards, and all 6'2'' 185lbs of him (through his elbow) contacted with my nose and cheekbone. This (not surprisingly) drove me straight to the ground where I lay with a 185 lb freaked out camper across my face.
Summation: No broken bones, bruised cheekbone, swollen nose, purple face, and two black eyes. The camper was unhurt and very apologetic.

i have been beaten to the punch and on separate occasions -2 i have had a black eye!!not together though.....

Not that I can think of. I have more of a problem with putting my foot in my mouth by saying the wrong thing.

No, but it seems I have given several people a huge black eye and now they have a permanent chip on their shoulders.

oh about 15 1/2 yrs of them. Then i got better and he didn't like that and finally left.

Good Ol' "Mary Wells" also sang that song!! I have it downloaded on Limewire!! Yes, I have had three black-eye's in my life!! Two, from my EX-Husband of 17 years, and one from a girl I got into a fight with when I was very young, a teenager!! She was all wanting to go too bed with my first boyfriend, and she just had it out for me, all through Jr.high school, for some strange reason, so once we all were out of school, my (then) boyfriend told me, she'd asked him to go too bed with her, at a party, and how he wouldn't do her with his friends, "you know what".!! In other words he thought she was an "ARFER!!!" HaHa!!! So, when I heard this , a week or so went by and my "Home-Girl's" and I went to a Pool Hall, and these two sister's /friends of mine were from the westside, and knew how to take care of thier own, you know.. Well, they kept encouraging me to go and fight her, because of what she said to Brian, knowing he & I were together, right.. Well, I went down to the pool tables, and confronted her she started to getting up and when she did, (in her short little mini-skirt), I threw the first punch, because I heard she knew how too fight pretty good, herself, right.. Well, all of a sudden she & I are on the ground punching the Hell out of eachother.. I know for fact she had a "Black-Eye!!" Because my first punch landed in her Eye's!!! And I threw a pretty good one on her too.. But,then the owner of the pool-hall comes to me, and tells me, "Christy I had to call the cops, leave before they get here, okay" because he liked me, and not her, he warned me.. Well when I look back to find my friends, they were down there just kicking the "****" out of her!! Together!!! And I told them "Hey, that was so Messed-Up of you two to do that to her" that was considered in my family an "UNfair fight" three against one!! Well Lilly haunted & looked for me for a year, because of the whole three against one thing!!! And I knew eventually she was going to catch-up with me, and I told my two friends this would happen down the line, and it did on New Year's Eve!! My then, boyfriend & I were at a "Mutual Friends" house of all of our's... I was "PLastered Drunk" out of my mind at this point.. She wanted me to step out side, and so I did.. Well she got even with me, that night.. I went home with a "Black-Eye" on New Years eve!!! And is "Sucked!!" She was a snake, but hey my friends ruined it for me, by "Triple-Teaming" on her!!! So, she got her "Revenge" and I expected it, and I was glad it was over, at long last!!! Smile!!!
