We girls don't "act" mad during PMS. We actually have mood swings because of all the hormones we're having to deal with at that time of the month. Our patience runs very thin and we get aggravated about everything. And all the pain that comes with it doesn't help. How would you feel if your stomach felt like it was being tied into knots, someone is beating your back with a basball bat, and a power drill is being taken to your head? And not only that but it's like someone took a vacuum and sucked every single drop of energy out of you. We do have our reasons for being upset during that time of the month.

Actually I do act all pissy for no reason, but it's a week before my period up until I start, then when I start i'm all apologetic realizing how i've been acting and feeling bad about it.
