As a nurse's aid, I have seen all kinds of terrible diseases and disorders, but Anal Seepage is the worst. When you eat too many burritos, your anal cavity seeps excess liquids and/or fluids of sewage-like nature. When the seepage gets unbearable, that's when the critical fluid extraction takes place. The doctors open up your anal cavity with a screw-drill and remove the liquid with a Hyper-Vacuum tube. This creates deep physical and emotional pain for the patient. When all is said and done, the patient is admitted to physical therapy and process has been completed.

you mean maybe supercritical fluid extraction ?
There are a lot of industrial processes that use supercritical CO2 as a solvent for extracting.
Supercritical fluid is a state of matter in which the matter has some properties of a gas and some properties of a liquid.
