Okay, everyone keeps answering stuff with sugar...but you said you wanted healthy answers...have you tried adjusting your diet so that your B Vitamin(s) and iron intake is increased? These can help your body increase energy naturally and for extended periods of time.

B12 occurs only in animal products such as egg, cheese, yogurt, curd, milk, fish, meat. B6 occurs also in meat and fish, and further in potatoes, bananas, wheat, and nuts. Iron can be found in pulses, soy beans, nuts, millets, cereals, dried fruit, green leafy vegetables, beef, fish, eggs.

You can also take vitamin supplements. For better absorbtion of these vitamins, eat foods high in Vitamin C(or take VC supplements).

Tea is actually pretty good for you.

As for your question, you would be better off asking it in the Food and Drink section.

But basically anything with a lot of caffine or sugar. (i.e. Mountain Dew)

any drink containing caffeine or sugar will make you hyper (if that is your goal). most drinks containing these items are not healthy. that is the trade off.
