When human started build ego.
Ego separated a human being from nature.
When the prehistoric person started make something out of clay, he or she must have wondered what the hell he/she is doing.
It got stronger as human forms society, and rules came in.
Someone who could answer the questions became shaman and got admired.
Human being existed long time before a book was invented, but they could think, wouldn't they?

Long enough to have found answers lomg ago.... that these questions still persist is the irrefutable proof that we are not meant to have these answers. For all we know, knowing these answers may cause us greater pain, dissatisfaction or worry than not knowing them!!
