Hi there.

Choose File>Publish Settings.
In the HTML Tab, choose Exact Fit in the scale combo box (low side of the window).

That's it.

If you want to build a stand alone application:

Choose File>Publish Settings
In the Format Tab, check the Windows Projector (.exe).

When you publish your flash project, it will build as much files as much you check in the Format Tab.

This is for Flash MX Professional v.7.2

After finding into issues Mozilla and chrome are respectable. Mozilla treats each and each "window" / "field" independently which makes use of extra RAM yet makes use of much less CPU. it particularly is faster for movies, movies, and so on. Chrome treats each little thing as a million massive technique so it saves on the ram yet lacks a splash interior the video section.
