It depends if you love being in the rain or not or try and have an open mind about it and try to enjoy it while remebering that it's just water. By all means go ahead if you really want to, it can be very refreshing if you let it.

A walk in light rain falling with a warn breeze can be really romantic.
But for heaven's sake stay out of storms with thunder and lightning !
