You would need to check with the internet service provider you are using. It may be illegal for you to redistribute services they currently have the ability to charge each individual on your lot.

Check with your service provider... they may want to upgrade your service to a "commercial" package, which will get you more bandwidth and a bigger bill... Or, they may just not let you do it.

Also, check with your local radio administration authority (you don't say which country you're in, so I've no idea which authority is appropriate, but it's whoever does radio licensing for you ) You may find that providing a commercial WiFi service requires a license or permit.

As to price... do your market research, find out what others are charging, figure out your costs (not forgetting maintenance and labour costs to keep it running, long-term), divide that by the number of customers, see if you can do it for less than anyone else, add in however much profit you want to make, and that's your figure.... not forgetting that you'll have to pay tax on the profit at the end of the year
