Like what i mean is, when i watch a movie or a television show, i'll somewhere in the movie/tv show point out "that is not possible". Or i'll point out errors in like history, science, ect. My brothers often tell me "its a movie stop thinking too much" or "its a television show, anything can happen"

Watch better movies, a good show should have you so involved that you don't think about anything else for a couple of hours.

Like minds!
I am so critical of films, that I go out if my wife wants to watch a movie.
Films (movies) are meant to be a release mechanism.
I find that I can read my own thing into a good book - everyone does.
If I had the choice between tv and a book, I would chose a good book anyday.
I find more release in a good book than a good film.
But, each to their own, and live and let live.
Good viewing - or reading - whichever you choose.

Ha! I have found the problem with my generation. They actively try to stop thinking!

Sorry, only joking...sort of.

I don't think that there's anything wrong with thinking those things as long as you keep them to yourself. My dad always does that when we're watching "House" or "The Office" and it drives me crazy.
