The got the bucks to play the lottery, they also play the one armed bandits in Los Vegas. They are spending thier money so the ungratful grandkids won't get it.

its also what the news shows you...i doddering old lady or gent is much more "cute" on the news than a thirty year old guy with a beer gut and a SF forty niners jacket. Also, a lot of lottery winners remain anonymous...a young guy in my town won, and no one knew

I wonder about that to, do they think they are being rewarded for working so hard all their lives or is it like a slap in the face because they wasted so much of their life working so hard.

Old folks get out and play this often , perhaps more than young folks cause they are retired.
