I always listen to Kenny G when I sleep. Try it, I will bet it will help. Especially his song "The Wedding Song". That's the one that always knocks me out.

ok. umm... instrumental music is always pretty relaxing. when i have trouble sleeping i turn on my clay aiken cd. Ummm. or try a disney instrumental cd. That one works too. I don't know what it's called but try searching it.
