Aren't bad days just a day where something really bad overshadowed all the good things that might have happened and that's all you dwell on and vice versa?

Good and bad are just ways of describing our belief in Good and evil

The good and evil that you see don't even exist in reality, at least not outside of the mind that believes in them. They are only judgments passed by the individual from their own unique perspective. What one person sees as bad or evil may seem to be the only logical thing to do from some other perspective. The ideas of both good and evil are point of view specific. This is why people like bush and bin laden are either loved or hated. Bush is seen as good by people who share his fear based thought system. Those who have a compassionate concern for all of mankind often see him as evil.

Bin laden is much the same. He is a villain in much of the western world, but he is somewhat of a celebrated pop star on the Middle East. There are T-shirt shops that sell items with his picture as though he was Jesus. It all depends on your point of view or perspective.

To sum it all up good is the name we give to people who do things that we think we like.

Evil is the name we give to people who do the things that we don’t like.

This is of course based solely on our particular point of view.

Love and blessings

I disagree with all of the above. A bad day occurs when MORE THAN ONE bad thing happens in a day.
Okay, a good day for me is when some one thing good happens. But I acknowledge a bad day when:
1: I get stuck in traffic and am late to work
2: My boss screws me over by telling his boss his mistake was my own
3: I find out some paperwork I was depending on was not signed
4: I get stuck in traffic on the way home.

Not psychological and needing no rational justification.... just a really really bad day.

Sure am sure if one really thought long and hard something good and something bad happens every day it's just whether you put a positive spin on the negative if everyone would just relax and stop trying to control things they have no business trying to change we would all be alot happier and alot less stressed out.

I think that the good and the bad is just the way we feel...when something happens that makes you stressed out well i would call that a bad day...now winning the lottery yeah that would be the best day ever!!

Its all part of life. Think about it. One day you could have the sun shining down on you. Now the next day, it could rain. It's just a reflection, or reaction of your previous choices that you've made in the past. One big learning process.

It has nothing to do with the day but everything to do with your energy level that day .
