Yeah, well, the lights themselves work-- but the blinkers kind of do this slow to rapid intermittent blinking, then don't come on at all. Both sides. My car (1994 Chevy Cavalier) is such that if there is a burnt-out bulb, the blinker display on my panel will freeze, and it's not done that--plus I've gotten outta' the car with the flashers on & seen all 4 lit up....

If the lights all work outside, then check the fuse first. If the fuse has blown, you need to check the grounds. If the fuse isn't blown, you probably need a new flasher, they don't cost much, depends on the car where to find it. Some cars have them in the fuse box, under the hood, or even hidden under the dash. Go to the auto parts store to get it, they will probably know where to find it. Also, if you still have your owner's manual, it'll tell you where it is.

Blinkers & hazards run on different fuses & flashers . Check both the fuse & the flasher. Consult the owner's manual for the location in your car

First, turn on the hazards and walk around the car. Do they all work?
Second, shut off the hazard and turn on the signal and see if they are working outside(both front and back)
Looking for blown bulb.
Also double check to see if you have fuses for sig.lghts.

If nothing is blown, then it is behind the steering wheel in the actuator contacts.
Need a steering wheel puller to remove wheel, so take to mechanic.

i own a shop, and id try checking the fuse for them first, then try and see if the flasher is good ,if there coming on but not flashing its the flasher that's bad on it,but if they don't come on at all it will be a blown fuse for it,either one of these is an easy and cheap repair though, and wont take long to find and fix, your owners manual will tell which fuse is for the turn signals on it,good luck with it ,i hope this helps.

1) check fuses
2) replace turn signal flasher, usually up in the dash
(that's what it is 95% of the time).
3) take to mechanic if this does not work
