Firstly, the nazi's did not perform these experiments on concentration camp prisoners to save lives, they did it as torture. On the topic of your main question, you are basically asking if it's ok to kill people in order to save people. If you use torture, you are inflicting something much worse than death on that person. It may save some lives, but you are just prolonging the enivitable. Most people forget in the torture debate that everyone is going to die eventually. Yes, you may save people, but how long? This torture could be used as motivation for more terrorists to commit violence against the people performing the torture, actually costing more lives than it saves.

First, what the Nazis (medical doctors is an particularly generous time period once you concentrate on that the Hippocratic Oath promises to honor existence) did became no longer in besides, structure or form O.ok. for ANY reason, era. Torture is inhumane no count number number who's carrying it out and for regardless of the truth that reason. it may in no way, lower than any circumstances, be accomplished. That stated, what number of human beings do you imagine could honor this? human beings continuously look able to come back up with some type of twisted reason for the most abominable of issues (which brings us finished circle to the Nazis). 'Nuff stated.

There are very few people who believe that torture is okay.

And even of those who believe that it is okay, they generally mean as a last resort when lives are in immediate danger. Like people will die in the next few hours.

So even by that extreme example, there is still no bases by which torturing people for medical research would be okay.
