How do I reset my.."myspace" page and not lose my profile and name?

I have pasted way to much crap on it and i want to clean it up. Help...

The easiest way would be to delete everything in the boxes on your Interests & Personality Editing page.
All formating and images would be inside tags like this or

If you have too much code, just look at where the code starts and ends and delete that from your interests or about me box. This will clean up your page and you'll still have the rest.
