Yeah, so I'm 17 and I'm finally allowed to go on this book shopping spree after such a looonnng time. But I only get to buy 5 books. Or else I end up only reading and not doing anything else. So I'd like it if you suggested a few. I have many in mind but I'm confused. I'd prefer new ones. And any genre would do. Not something very old, but you could include classics, I wouldn't mind that! =) thanks!

I'll try to give you a variety:

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Great paranormal book, and big to keep you busy :-)

Reality Chick by Laura Barnholdt. Interesting story about a Freshman in College who is picked to be on a reality television show.

Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison. Very funny story about a British teen and her school, family and love life.

I Am The Messenger by Markus Zuzak - A make you think book about a young man who is forced into doing things for others.

The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. This is a non-fiction memoir about a dysfunctional family. I haven't read it yet but it is the next book for my book group and I've heard tons of good things about it.

Hope this helps!

This is a hard question because I have read so many books, and it all depends on what you like. Do you like fiction, non-fiction, mystery, gangster, romance, etc.....?

One of my favorite books is "Flowers In The Attic". It is a whole series, but "Flowers In The Attic" and "Pedals In The Wind" are the first two of the series, and really the only two you need to read. The author is V.C. Andrews

You may have seen the movie, but the movie has NOTHING on the book!

The Outlander by Diana Gabeldon
Dune by Frank Herbert
Mercy by David Lindsey
The Firm by John Grisham
and there are so many, but I tried to select some of my favorites from different genres. Read on! So little time, so many books!
