It could mean you're pregnant, it could mean you period is about to start, as sometimes you can get a lot of cm just before that happens. But you said it was since you O'd so not too sure. It could just mean nothing. You will prob be able to get quite an accurate result on a hpt by now. If it is negative though I would do another one in a few more days.

It might not mean anything. Sometimes I get a lot of CM and sometimes I don't get any at all after ov. Assuming you run a 28 day cycle, you should be getting pretty close to time to start your period, right? At 18 DPO, you should be able to get an accurate HPT reading.
