is there any salon owner carrying their own mineral line that can give some advice and tips..

my niece uses this brand and is very happy..she has sensitive skin and hasnt had a problem with these at all

I have used anything that you could name of, from Bare Escentuals to Philosophy, Physician Formulas, Everyday Mineral, Jane Iredale, Glo Minerals, Loreal, and a lot more. To be quiet honest with you, the only one that I really liked was Everyday Minerals because it does not advertise as much and the quality is much purer than other brands out there-

I use a mineral powder foundation from Arbonne.
It is wonderful. I think a lot of the mineral based foundations are great -

I use bare minerals. I like it in the summer because it doesn't melt off like liquid foundation.

everyday minerals. com ....it is the cheapest around without sacificing quality. same quality as other pricey ones
