at the end of those two wire there is nothing just left with nothing..its just wire coming out and nothing at the end of wire ...any idea what this is ,....
i know its not a HD LED or any thing like that .

These wires appear to be for adding an intake fan or front usb connectors, if you do not have nor need or want to have a front intake fan you can either remove the wires or simply tape them off and ignore them.
