I think if you waved some fresh meat in front of his nose (oh, maybe a Tbone steak or a female dog's ***, ya know, stuff like that) and try to revive him that way. If not, toss water on him.
Also, try giving him an enema. That should wake his *** up. :)

take him to the vet and explain to them that you tazered him. When they call the cops pray for guidance and hope that they dont press charges for animal cruelty.

tazer him again and if that doesnt work try it one more time.. then take him to the vet if it doesnt work the 3rd time.. i bet they use the defribulation nation machine thing on your dog..
