Are Tootsie Pops and Tootsie Rolls the "fruitcake of Halloween"? You know, recycled year after year, no one really wants to eat them, but we pass them out anyway?

Totally and that candy that comes black and orange wrappers that looks like a glob of hard peanutbutter. That stuff will pull your teeth out.
