Well nothing I've ever tried on the internet was quick, like within a week. Usually you'll have to go out hunting in person for that.

But Otherwise - I used snagajob.com and it got me a job at ikea. I dont know where your looking to work but I hope you find something soon!

My approach - choose possible industries and positions that you would like to go into, then approach an agency. They will help you revamp your CV so that you highlight the necessary skills to qualify for your proposed position. They also generally have the first bite of the cherry when positions are vacant. Most agencies don't charge you unless they successfully place you. Not to sound like a nag, but you need to stay positive and persevere to get a good job and also you need to continually train and learn more to make yourself more appealing in the job market.

First decide what industry you would want to work in, then go from there.. in example, If I wanted to find a job as a secretary in a school, I would go in yahoo locals and find the nearest school like High Schools or Elementary Schools to where you would like to work in such as Westchester, IL and get their website and apply there. Same goes for banks, manufacturing ect. use their websites. That's one method..

I would go to a temporary agency. They do all the foot work and most of the jobs can go into permanent postions if you like it and they like you.
