Sure you should go* It may seem a tad awkward after not seing them for 6months but i'm sure they'll all be wanting to know how you've been doing. You'll all have alot to talk about. I think it's really NICE of this former co-worker to Invite you and 3 others to Celebrate Womens Day* Was nice of her to Think of You* Enjoy your lunch at Boston Pizza..awsome food too* You'll be glad you went and hopefully can reconnect with everyone and perhaps keep in touch more often than every 6months*

Why not unless you dont want anything to do with them. But most of your friends you can probably just pick right up where you left off. Plus its only lunch which is not a long time so the conversation should not get dull

Sounds OK to me. Six months isn't so long.
If you had a relationship with this person it shouldn't be difficult to get along.
But, if you don't really know her or don't feel comfortable just tell her you can't make it.
