I think she just showed how dangerous and stupid it is and I commend her for doing so, she has a wonderful figure she is small and petite and healthy with it (we all know people are going to be different sizes that is nature but to willing go to a size zero when it can cause that many health problems!! these models need help

And as or the comment the agent made about designers only making these size cloths coz they know they only look good on slimmer willowy girls is crap just goes to show they aren't much good at designing then doesn't it!!!

Why have supermodels different to plus sizes!

Why not have the catwalk for all size models!! size zero to size 20! if the designers can pull that of (having Kate Moss walk down the runway just after (not plus anymore) Sophie Dhal!! surely that would show their worth and class!!

I thought that it was very interesting and I think that it is terrible to think that young girls and women want to be that small. The thing is I reckon that Louise actually was less than a size zero because the dress and least I think that it looked too big for her. However did anyone else think that the American fitness guy made it worse by telling Louise that she looked great and that she didn’t look to thin. (I can’t believe how much exercise she had to do, no wonder she was so ill) Also I know that the media need to show these sort of shows, but I think that there is also the danger that a young girl / woman would have seen the programme and despite the warnings will actually try and follow the diet just so that they can be smaller.

I only caught the end of the documentary, but I was quite impressed that someone like her would actually use their position in the media as a celebrity to be a positive role model for young women and to show the pitfalls of crash dieting etc - It was about time someone did something. On top of that I was equally impressed that she did it with the knowledge she might risk her own health and still went a head with it because she felt it was important to get this message across.

P.S
In response to the above question, no as a guy I don't find skinny women particularly attractive, let alone a size zero! I like curves!

i imagine the dimensions 0 issue that keeps gettin repeated on BBC3 is alot more suitable positive, because its about a women individuals whos more suitable curvy first of all, whos at a length 0, and it only confirmed alot more suitable subject matters and factors than louises did, as you stated shes a petite lady contained in the first position so it didnt make that a lot of a distinction, and the documentary on very last evening may be seen as a double ended barral, as some females will likely use truly some the approaches she did to reduce weight, it became a risky coach, yet im happy she did it, highlighted some issues that no longer anybody is conscious..

I preferred the Dawn Porter documentary 'Super Slim Me' where she did exactly the same thing as Louise Redknapp a few weeks ago!
Why is Louise getting all this attention when Dawn did it first, with exactly the same process and results i might add.
Plus Dawn Porter is naturally size 12 and much better looking.

I want to know if guys find the size 0 thing attractive at all or if it is only done for women to look at women & say I wish I was like that.

Good IP_Outcast. I'm glad someone has finally answered my question (Y!A! deleted my question yesterday). I have curves & am quite happy with them - I wouldn't want to have trousers that wont stay up.

I thought it was really interesting, and from Louise`s comments, these seze zero girls cannot be living a happy life.
I say well done to her for bringing it to the fore.

Myself personally, I don't want a stick thin, skeletal woman.
I dont mean to be vulger but I like a girl with something to grab on to.

Most of the size 0 girls you see look like lollipops with their tiny little bodies and big heads.
Give me Kate Winslet over posh spice anyday.

I think she did well and it really showed you how crazy dieting can affect your health. Too many people think that being skinny is a good idea but they forget how if can affect you inside and mentally.

I am glad that she did it as its really shows you. She looked awful at the end.......aswell as tired and weak
