I don't think so. I think her real baby was born until February 2007, and the episode was probably filmed earlier than that.

William Huckleberry Paisley is the name of Kimberly Williams-Paisleys who plays Dana's real baby.

No it's not her real baby on the show. Her baby was born in Febuary. They named him William Huckleberry Paisley.
