You sound like you are suffering from seasonal light affective disorder, commonly known as SAD.
You can try and get outside in the sunlight as much as possible. This will help regulate the balance of chemicals in your body, so that you can regain a more positive and energetic state of mind.
If you search SAD, you can actually find some tests for seasonal depression by a Dr. Rosenthal, who has done extensive research into light therapy and depression.
I suffer from SAD during the long, grey days of winter or even during many days of rain without a lot of bright sunlight. I have recently invested in a couple of Ott lights for my home; and they have made a tremendous difference in my mood and energy level.
There are many full-spectrum and daylight matching lighting companies, and even plans for making your own light boxes available with some Internet research.
Daily exercise and a healthy diet are major contributing factors to help keep your body balanced and energetic.
You also need to think about if you are only suffering from this "feeling of laziness or depression" on the mornings that you have to go to work. If you are not experiencing the same feelings on your days off; maybe a change of job is needed.
Have a good day.

I'd try going for a jog a few times a week to help alleviate any potential stress from your body. Also make sure you get good sleep, atleast 7 hours. Sometimes what you eat effects your body's energy level. Keep an eye on what you are eating the evening before and how you feel the next morning.

no such thing as lazyness. just sounds like your morning is a little slower than others. I would not worry about it. I have had fatigue in the morning that lasted me 2 hours but i have other medical problems. Its possible you arent getting enough deep sleep. You could try taking the drug 5 HTP as it will increase deep sleep and u might wake up more rested.

try leaving your blinds open at night... that way when you wake up there will be lots of sunlight coming in.
if you're not opposed to tanning beds, they can help with winter depression by flooding your body with vitamin D.
Make sure you always have a reason to get up... even if it's some small little goal that you have (ex: today I'm going to get my laundry done).
:o)

Your not getting a good nights sleep. Your probably waking through the night and do not know it. Get your doctor to put you on a sleeping pill for a few weeks and see if that helps.
