How to get the national pokedex without beating the elite four? any action replay max codes that anyone knows?

i need to get the national pokedex to trade pokemon from kanto region in my emerald game. any cheats to do so without having first got to beat the elite four? action replay cheats compatible with action replay max GBA SP welcome. thanks!

actually, without a cheat/destruction device, the best way to go about that is trading your desired pokemon into ruby or sapphire, and then from there into emerald.

ruby and sapphire don't need to do anything special to trade with emerald, and as soon as you get a pokemon outside of the hoenn 200, you automatically have the national pokedex.

this doesn't mean you can trade with fire or leaf or the gamecube games though, you must beat the elite four to do that
