i can surf the net on my psp, and i have a lot of games for it....can i play my games against people from around the world using the internet?...if so..please include a step by step procedure

Yes, you can, however, the game must support it. You see, not all games support infrastructure, that means you can play online. Check the back of the game cover. It should say: Ad-Hoc, but beside that, it should say: Infrastructure. If it says that, then you can play online. Go into the game and select multiplayer. From then on, consult your manual. All games are different. Hope this helps!
