Peanut factory problem?

Question

I'm the manager of a peanut factory. I am having problems with some of my employees because they don't agree with my ideas. For example, I have devised an "elephant drill." I think it is important to be prepared in the event of an elephant stampede. However, some of my employees are complaining to upper management and asking for transfers. Why?
