[HCl]=10^-pH
you know [HCl] is mole/Liter( concentraion)
319mL=319mL*1L/1000mL=.319L
mole/L=10^-2.7
mole/.319=10^-2.7
mole=.319*10^-2.7=6.36*10^-4 mole
6.36*10^-4mole*36.46 g/1mole= .0232g
HCl=36.46g/mole
answer is .0232g good luck
