Is there a chat or a website that is free that you can talk to other people trying to lose weight?

try using your cloths as your inpiration. hang up a dress or sexy swimwear in the open so you can see it everyday, that is too small for you, and everytime you think "why bother" just look at the cloths and it will keep you motivated to keep trying.

Remember that everyday that goes by your either losing, gaining, or maintaining!

i'm in nursing school so i have no motivation or time to lose the weight that i want to lose. i've always wanted to do "Curves" because i've heard so many good success stories about people loosing weight there. but it's too expensive for my poor pockets. my biggest inspiration to lose weight though it my future wedding. my boyfriend and i aren't engaged yet, but we know we want to get married when we're done with college. so i have about 3-4 years to lose 20-30 pounds so i look good in pictures and in a wedding dress. i feel that i can do this over that length of time. so i guess the best thing i can say is give yourself a reasonable time limit to lose the weight. work out 3-4 days a week for about an hour each. watch what you eat. don't eat too many sweets or carbs. and i'm sure if you checked your local YMCA or gym then you can find some groups that meet and talk about droping the lbs. good luck!!!!

First off Hon, you have to love yourself. The love of my life is about 80lbs over weight andI still love her. I met this wonderful lady on line over a year ago. We now live together and I am her best inspiration. I am behind anything she tries. Sweety, you can lose that weight and when you do, you can look back at the way people treated you when you were big and laugh in their faces. That is inspiration enough for anyone. Just do it. Good Luck. BTW, we are getting married in April.

well my inspiration to lose some pounds is for my health, because i have PCOS and that's the big reason that I'm taking care of my self now. and now that i have found out i have pcos i feel better about my self because i use to think that it was my fault that i was getting bigger and bigger but now that i went to my doctor and told her that i had lost 30 pounds in 9 or 10 months but i gain them back in not even a half of moth and so she did some test and she told me that the problem was that i had pcos and she gave me some pills to help me not gain more weight and to help me lose the weight with out gaining it back like i used too.

and i also want to do it to feel better and healthy

i'm really not that big but i'm a little over weight for my age

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

The TV show "The Biggest Loser" was my one of my biggest inspiration. But it really isn't enough, and somehow I feel I don't need any inspiration to keep me going. The number one thing that really kept me going is doing the math, once you know how much calories there are in the food you're about to eat and how much you burn each day doing nothing (your BMR) , and how much you burn doing your daily activities. You can calculate all this by searching the net and finding the calculators. This one is one of my favorites http://caloriesperhour.com/index.html

this one is also good for BMR measurement http://www.internetfitness.com/calculators/bmr.htm

My inspiration is my upcoming wedding, and even more, my upcoming honeymoon. I've set myself a goal and will only be satisfied if I reach it. I've already told myself "no swimming on honeymoon without beach body" It's a little unrealistic, but I feel if I set my goal higher than what I really want then I will be more likely to make my ideal weight.
