If I have a program installed can they still delete their history or tracks?

All depends on the level of security they have. If they can take ownership of the file, then it is likely that they could do this. Also, if they have admin rights to the pc they can disable the programs and then erase the history.

There is probably a program you could run on your computer that would track internet usage (time spent/sites visited/etc) regardless of what browser was being used.

Try searching online for one - you might even find one that is freeware.

I wouldn't doubt that someone has written one that can hide on the computer so unless the user is particularly savvy, then they wouldn't even know it was there, and even if they erased their browser history and dumped the cache you would still have a record of it.

program should not be deleted at all.Also you'd must keep
out other unknown Snoopers by using (AniSpy Ware )or Parental Controls " located upon Internet tools&Options taskbar! yes it's very important
