You asked the same question 2 days ago.

Main thing is: you have to fullfill your present contract of 2 years!!!!!!! If you do that and resign after fullfilling your contract you won't face any problems.

You could try to come up with an amicable solution with your present employer, but chances for this are not to good. Give it a try anyway. Maybe it will work when you offer to pay for your visa costs, medical and labour card.

Because all these costs have to be paid by the employer many companies only offer limited contracts and a ban will be imposed when you breach the contract.

Btw. it's never the company who "burns" you, it's the Naturalization and Immigration Department which imposes the bans. The ban will be for 6 months or 1 year. Under different circumstances a 6 months ban can be waived against paying a fee.

its better u take the co u r working for now into confidence and get NOC from them to transfer the visa. if they give u the NOC there is no problem then for u to transfer.
if u confront then it may become cumbersome and delayed.
usually the labour supply co. make money by hiring u outside , so if u pay them some amout to release u i am sure they will do that willingly.
