Non perishables. It's the things we can't actually eat that drive our grocery bills up so high!! I'd stock up on laundry and cleaning supplies, oh, and toilet paper. lol

First, I'd hit the meat aisle, and take everything, loads of steak, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thick pork chops, then, I'd run to where they keep the beer and wine and load up. I'd get the expensive wines I never get, and for beer, well, I buy all kinda of beer, so I'd just get the nice imported ones. IF there is any more time, then I'd hit up the cheeses.. but, I don't know, 3 minutes is a short time..

clean out the expensive cosmetics and moisterizers like Oil of Olay. Then sell it all on eBay for a huge windfall.
