Say you had control over zombies, like a game. You could set them loose on a city for the people to have fun killing (this would all be planned) and if something went wrong, you could stop them with a simple command!

no i would send them out on stelth missions. to bring down the goveremnt and surender all the money to me then i would just let them out and have some fun.
