You have been given two good answers but hereis another

If you are reading your e-mail look at the TITLE bar on your screen. It is at the very top. Notice the left hand word is FILE. Hit this and read down the menu on the left. On the one that says PRINT, hit this and you should now print out your e-mail?

Is that what you wanted or did you want to MAKE A OICTURE of this e-mail. If so you must use print screen method. Let us know which it is you want for further step by step instructions.

For taking print of your email, websites provide option like "Print Preview". It is specially designed for taking printouts and will directly open a Dialog box where you can select your printers and give "Print" and it will be printed.

But, the problem with above option is that the websites name will be included along with various other information which may not be useful for confidential matter. So, what you can do is,if its TEXT matter then, you can directly copy the same in MS Word and print it as usual.

I think its answered.

If in Mail Client , check under File there too.
