I wouldn't worry about it...how far along are you? I didn't start to have baby dreams until I was well into my second trimester. Before that it just didn't seem real, which may explain the dirth of baby dreams. Once I started showing and feeling the baby kick, I started having really really weird dreams about babies and labor (all normal - thank you hormones!) Every once in a while I'll get a "happy baby" dream, but they are few and far between!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I just read Jillian's response about giving birth to a cat - too hilarious! That totally rivals my "giving birth to a sunny side up egg" dream!

I didn't start having baby dreams until my seventh month, but even now they are few and far between. I have only had maybe 3 total. I like to have baby dreams too. I don't understand why not. Wish I could help.

Nothing is 'supposed' to happen when you are pregnant except having a baby! What I mean is, EVERYONE, and all experiences are different. Yes, dreams about your baby would be nice, but they also cause alot of anxiety for expecting moms! You can never judge your pregnancy compared to someone else's. Just stay healthy for you and your baby, and you will be doing all you need to do! :-)

Because beafore you were so desparate for it to happen, it was always on your mind. And now it has happened, you have your dream, it is no longer a dream but a reality. It means you have no sub-conscious concerns over it anymore. Its good. Although, I like those dreams too!

It is not bad. During my second pregnancy, I didn't dream about babies at all. It has nothing to do with being pregnant. Just enjoy all of your day dreams about you bundle-to-be! :-)

wait until later in your pregnancy you will have some really freaky dreams, I had a dream that my baby was born with a mans face beard and all, then I kept on dreaming that I couldn't find the baby and never fed her.
