My aim is, who is going to help the roadlaying workers, construction workers etc.,? They excel a very hard labour and no benifits like PF GRAUDITY PENSION etc. Without their contribution our life will be more miserable. When we earn more than them what is wrong giving a little from ours?

See the budget report...India is growing as well as poverty also.....but government is doing what ever possible by them....but it is not fully reaching to the root level, that is the cause. Tax is applicable to all as per their earnings.......still some escapes..which is every where.

Let the people of India be more educated and focused..we will win the world...no doubt.

The idea of finance minister taxing 47% of salaried class is to distribute to the workers you have mentioned but the whole amount again disappears in the pockets of people like finance minister. if he can say contribute 10 crores to begin with and then ask people to donate there will be huge sums yet the question will remain who will bell the cat?
