Admitting your addiction is the first step to help,
and be glad you are not sniffing the glue. you'll stick yourself to the keyboard.
Oh you are already stuck to the keyboard,

I think a lot of us has an addiction to this place, but does not mean that you have to quit, so embrace it and have fun.

I am 'gald' you are not sniffing glue, too...

when people sniff glue, they tend to screw up while typing :)

I put baby gates up and keep mine coralled to the living room while I answer.

We have games and toys and cartoons and I can talk to them while I type. At least this way, I know where they're at.

There's much worse things to be addicted to. Just buy more towels so you can dry up the spills and enjoy yourself.

My kids are suffering from this too. I just posted a question asking if any one has crossed over to Yahoo parenting or mental health to see if they can help us out.
