Nothing else proves the old saying "Give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man to fish he eats every day" more true than a guy asking for romance advice. You have to learn how to do, not what to say.
Listen to her music, read her books, and above all, talk to her. You have to learn what she likes and WANTS to hear. If you married her, one would hope you already knew that stuff but apparently not the case here.
Every woman wants to hear that she means more than just company to her guy. What she has done to make your life better. How lost you would be without her. Learn how to say this kind of thing or you may just find out what you'll be doing without her.
Good luck.

I admire you for trying , my husband doesn't get it either. Don't get me wrong, he's great but men just don't think that way naturally. Tell her all the reasons you love her. Pick one a day and elaborate on it. Send her flowers for no reason and include a reason you love her on the card... and I don't mean your favorite sexual positions. Things about her personality that you love. She loves you and wants you or she wouldn't bother telling you what she needs , she'd go somewhere else to find it. I wish you luck and happiness. You get an A for effort.

Maybe you should write her a poem from the heart. Even if it's short it's a sentiment that shows her just how much you love her.

yes...you need some help...
you have to be very specific...I can't help you much...are there any inside jokes that you have between you? Touch on those...anyone can say "I love you"...it means something when you remember something that only you and her share :)
You are a very nice husband for caring :)

It doesn't get much more romantic than 'I love you'. Maybe she wants cutesy, for that you are on your own, sorry.

If your woman is telling you how to romance you, you need to find a new woman.
She doesn't want you. She wants one of those disgustingly obsessive men you read about in smut novels.
Leave her and find someone that has a little self esteem.
