I cut myself yesterday and reckon I lost about 2 pints of blood. Now my heart's racing with the slightest exertion and my legs ache when i walk. Is this a problem do you reckon?

"Is this a problem?" Are you serious? What do you think? I suspect it could be a teensey bit related to the fact that you've lost blood. Did you get tired typing out this question?

I doubt if you lost 2 pints of blood. I lost a pint during surgery and received a transfusion. You need to see a doctor, especially if there is pain. Infection may be beginning.

You only have on average 8 pints of blood in you so if you lost 2 its not really a surprise you are having trouble i suggest you get to the quack asap.
