The artist's characteristics of extraordinary and keen perceptual mind and heighthened observational powers are the same ingredients that will enhance your study of psychology. A double major of art and psychology with a minor in classical music would be awesome. The classical music pursuit would produce left brain appreciation of right brain inherent mathematical prowess which will aid in the statistical aspects of psychology.
All three (arts, psychology, and classical music) can be weaved together in your career or they can remain relatively separate components. Don't sacrifice one of the three. Your career chances will form in college.

There's something called an arts therapist, who helps patients use creativity to heal. I think they always do this on L&O SVU too, where they have the abuse victim draw a pic then analyze it.
