Nobody! :-) The song was 'Grandad', by Clive Dunn. That did not feature the St Winifred's Choir.

Clive Dunne (he also starred in Dads Army, cant remember his characters name but he was a butcher) and my mum has it at home on an old 45. It is one of my favourites...
In fact I am going to have to fish it out.
