They didn't put you on a monitor to test for preeclampsia? I would talk to your doctor about this. Mine almost killed me and I was forced to deliver my twins prematurely. It is a very dangerous condition.

Signs and Symptoms

*Hypertension
Swelling or Edema
*Proteinuria
Sudden Weight Gain
*Headache
Nausea or Vomiting
Changes in Vision
Racing pulse, mental confusion, heightened anxiety, trouble catching your breath
*Stomach or Right Shoulder Pain
Lower back pain
Hyperreflexia

Looks like you have at least 4 signs, You should get checked ASAP. That pain in the ribs can be very serious.

Check this out:
http://www.preeclampsia.org/FAQ.asp

"Stomach and/or Right Shoulder Pain

This type of stomach pain, called epigastric pain by the medical profession, is usually under the right-side ribs. It can be confused with heartburn, gallbladder problems, flu, indigestion or pain from the baby kicking. Shoulder pain is often called referral pain because it radiates from the liver under the right ribs. Lower back pain is different from muscle strain common to pregnancy. It is usually more acute and specific. All may be a sign of HELLP Syndrome or a related problem in the liver. Shoulder pain can feel like someone is deeply pinching you along the bra strap, or it can be painful to lie on your right side.

What you can do...

Pain in this area should be taken very seriously; do not dismiss it and go to bed. Call your health professional immediately."

Go call your doctor (and the headaches are part of the hi bp)
drink lots of water and lay on your left side. NOW.
Talk to your doctor by doing so -

I had toxemia with baby #1 and many complications from it.

Just rest and do what they say! No salt and don't worry everything will be fine.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/p666E

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Your measurements are not a cause for concern. Women with diabetes tend to have larger babies.
However, don't let them ignore your pre eclampsia symptoms. Insist on getting some proper medical attention for this matter as hopefully they can control it if caught early.

Hi

Dont panic! if they are doig blood tests they have obviously noticed something is wrong. I am 30 weeks myself but measuring 37!!! they did tests on me to check baby was normal weight and blood tests for gestational diabetes.

Dont worry they will get it sorted for you but if you get any more symptons or dont hear from the blood tests call them to reassure yourself.

Take care
