The first answerer was not entirely correct, as Cambridge uni is in UK, not Oz. Uni of QLD does not offer Mass Communication course for international students,

There are only 39 universities in Australia, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from. The most important thing is you have to READ the course information carefully, since some courses may have the same name but different content. This may be good for you if you are thinking of combining some subjects from different area to incorporate as part of your degree.

Cambridge and Murdoch have good mass com and media department

University of Queensland also has courses in the subject. i recommend this university as its larger and offers a wider selection of cources.
